About Fundstrat Capital

Founded in 2024, Fundstrat Capital is an asset manager behind some of the fastest-growing large-cap and small-cap active equity ETFs in the industry. Led by Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager Thomas "Tom" Lee and backed by Fundstrat Research, our strategies are built on the Granny Shots investment process, a differentiated, thesis-driven framework that has shaped how a generation of investors frames the market.

We are building an active-ETF distribution model on a modern, AI-forward operating system, rethinking how an issuer researches, distributes, and scales. This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team at a pivotal moment of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map key contacts at national accounts, home offices, wirehouses, RIAs, and allocators; qualify inbounds and build the meeting pipeline.
  • Serve as a product voice on advisor and allocator calls alongside senior leadership and, when appropriate, Tom Lee and the Fundstrat research team.
  • Own day-to-day advisor outreach, scheduling, follow-up cadences, and CRM improvements.
  • Support events, roadshows, and conferences end-to-end, including targeting, logistics, and post-event follow-through.
  • Customize sales materials and platform-onboarding documents.
  • Contribute to media, content, and social initiatives that amplify Fundstrat Capital across channels.
  • Operate inside our AI-native workflow, using LLMs to automate research, drafting, outreach, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, capital markets, or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ETFs, markets, and the financial advisor landscape.
  • AI-forward: fluent with AI tools, comfortable using LLMs to scale output, and a fast learner with new technology.
  • Understanding of media, social platforms, and modern brand-building.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong operator instinct and CRM discipline.
  • Entrepreneurial, high-agency, and energized by a fast-growing team.
  • FINRA SIE required; Series 7 and 63 (or 66) required or completed within six months of hire.
